Delete your Voxi account

Voxi is made by ACK Plus. You can delete your account and everything stored against it at any time, whether or not the app is still installed.

Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used in the app, then delete it yourself in one tap.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@ackbiz.com from the address you signed up with. We will confirm and delete within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleted immediately: your account, sign-in identity, credit balance and purchase history.
Never held at all: your recordings and saved clips. They live on your phone; deleting the app removes them.
Kept as required: payment records the app stores are obliged to retain for tax and accounting. These hold no voice data.

Unspent credits are destroyed with the account and cannot be refunded or restored.
