Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and ACKPlus Solutions Private Limited, Rajkot, Gujarat, India, for the Voxi app and this site. Using either means you accept them.

Using Voxi
You may use Voxi on any device you own, for personal or commercial work. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live, and at least 13.
Everything that runs on your phone keeps working with no account, no payment and no connection. Nothing in these terms changes that.
The rest of Voxi needs the internet. Signing in, buying or spending credits, AI voices, ads and the update check all talk to a server, and the privacy policy lists exactly which and what each one sends.
What you must not do
You must not use Voxi to:
- Impersonate a real person in order to deceive, defraud, harass or damage anyone — including making it appear that someone said something they did not.
- Create audio of anyone without a lawful basis for using their voice, or upload a recording of someone who has not agreed to it.
- Clone any voice but your own.
- Produce sexual content involving minors, content that incites violence or hatred, or anything else illegal where you are.
- Break, overload or work around the service — including automating requests, sharing an account, or trying to obtain credits you did not pay for.
Accounts used this way are closed, unspent credits are forfeited, and where the law requires it we will cooperate with the authorities.
Your recordings and what you make
Your recordings are yours. What you produce with Voxi is yours. We claim no ownership of either and we do not use your audio to train anything.
You give us only the permission needed to run the service: when you choose an AI voice, permission to send that clip to our speech provider and return the result to you. That permission covers nothing else and ends when the conversion does. You are responsible for having the right to use any voice you record or upload.
Feedback you send us
If you send us a bug report, a suggestion or a request, we may act on it, build it, and ship it without owing you payment, attribution or confidentiality. That is the only workable arrangement — a feature two hundred people ask for cannot belong to whoever wrote in first.
It does not extend to anything else. Your recordings and what you make with Voxi stay yours, as set out above, and sending us a report gives us no rights over them.
Credits
- They never expire. Credits stay on your account until you spend them or delete the account.
- A failed render costs nothing. Credits are held when a conversion starts and only charged when it succeeds. If our provider is unavailable or rejects a clip, the hold is released.
- They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are a licence to use the service rather than property.
- We may change the price of credit packs or what a conversion costs. Credits you already hold keep the value they had when you bought them.
Refunds
Credits bought inside the app are sold by Apple or Google and refunded under their policies — ask them, not us. Credits bought on this site are refundable in full within 14 days if you have not spent any of them; if you have spent some, we refund the unspent remainder. Email us and we will process it.
If we refund a purchase, the credits it bought are removed from your balance.
Things marked “soon”
Voxi lists features it has not built yet — on the Home screen, on the Pro page and at the end of the voice picker — with the price we expect them to carry. They are shown so you can see where the app is going and tell us which you want first. They are not a promise.
We may build them late, differently, or not at all, and the price may change before launch. Nothing on those screens is an offer, and you cannot buy or pre-pay for them. Asking for a feature records a vote and nothing else — it does not reserve anything, create an account, or sign you up to be contacted.
Things we cannot promise
The offline app is the part we stand behind hardest: it runs on your device and needs nothing from us. AI conversion depends on a third-party provider and an internet connection, so it can be slow, unavailable, or refuse a particular clip. We do not guarantee that a conversion will produce any particular result, and a voice you generate may not sound the way you expect.
Voxi is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ending it
You can stop using Voxi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and a change that materially affects what you have paid for will be announced in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Voxi after that means you accept the new version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have jurisdiction — except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which it may.
