Credits never expire. Credits you buy stay on your account until you spend them or delete the account. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

A failed render costs nothing. Credits are only charged when a conversion succeeds. If our provider is unavailable or rejects a clip, the credits are returned.

Refunds. Purchases made in the app are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. Purchases made on this site are refundable for unspent credits within 14 days — email support@ackbiz.com.

Use it decently. Do not use Voxi to impersonate a real person in order to deceive, defraud or harass. Accounts doing so are closed without refund.

The offline app. Everything that runs on your phone keeps working with no account, no payment and no connection, and these terms do not change that.
